Parallelo 41 owes its name to the Parallel that ideally unites Alghero to Barcelona, two cities linked by history, local customs and the Catalan language which still bears witness to a long shared culture.

PROCESSING
The grapes are subjected to soft pressing with short skin maceration of the grapes, carried out cold. The free-run must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in French oak barriques. Once this phase is completed, the two masses are combined and the wine matures for a period in acacia barrels, followed by final refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep straw yellow with pale gold reflections.
Perfume: intense sensations of acacia flower honey, citrus fruits and tropical fruit, framed by varietal notes and the vanilla notes of wood.
Taste: good freshness and flavor. Balanced and very persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent aperitif wine.
