Parallelo 41 owes its name to the Parallel that ideally unites Alghero to Barcelona, two cities linked by history, local customs and the Catalan language that still bears witness to a long-shared culture.

PROCESSING AND AGING

The grapes are subjected to soft crushing with short maceration of the skins of the grapes, conducted cold. The must flower is started at alcoholic fermentation in French oak barriques. After this phase, the two masses are joined and the wine ages for a period in acacia barrels, followed by the final aging in bottle.

FEATURES

Color: deep straw yellow with pale gold reflections.

Bouquet: intense sensations of acacia flower honey, citrus and tropical fruit, framed by varietal notes and the vanilla notes of wood.

Taste: good freshness and flavor. Balanced and of great persistence.
