PROCESSING AND AGING

The grapes are left to overripe on the vines. Once harvested, they are softly pressed, and fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature between 22 and 25 degrees. The aging takes place in second and third passage barriques for 12 months.

FEATURES

Color: intense straw yellow.

Bouquet: very intense primary aromas, markedly Mediterranean. Terpenic characters typical of Nasco.

Taste: round, sweet or almost sweet, fat with a flavor character that recalls the primary aroma.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Perfect with typical Sardinian sweets, such as those made with almonds, or with blue cheeses.
