PROCESSING AND AGING
White vinification. The clear must ferments at controlled temperatures around 15 ° C for about 20 days. Refine for a month on its noble lees acquiring greater intensity of aromas and structure. The refinement then continues always in steel until bottling.
Color: bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: fragrance reminiscent of citrus fruits and white flowers.
Taste: dry, soft on the palate, medium-bodied.
It is an aperitif wine, it goes well with seafood, shellfish and fish dishes.
