Vineyards grown on hills of calcareous origin of the district of Alghero. The sea breeze gives the grapes salinity and flavor typical of the territory.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes are subjected to careful selection at the time of harvest: it is essential to taste the grape, which offers indication of the correct ripeness. The fermentation, after an initial period in steel containers, provides a period in oak barrels for about 10 days during which the batonnage is carried out, that is the mixing of lees in the wine, followed by the aging in steel and a subsequent rest in the bottle of about 4 months.
Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Bouquet: Intense, floral notes that leave room for hints of fruit, orange peel and lemon, with a light spicy finish.
Taste: Sapid, with a delicate sweetness in the entrance, with volume in the center of the mouth and long and persistent in the finish.
Ideal with structured fish dishes, but can also give emotions as an aperitif.
