ALCOHOLIC CONTENT 14.5%

ORIGIN

Vineyards located in the countryside surrounding Alghero, from the limestone soils of Villassunta and Usini.

PROCESSING

The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of October, fermented in steel containers for approximately 18 days. Followed by aging in Allier French oak barriques for 14 months and subsequent maturation in steel.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Ruby red with violet reflections.
Perfume: Spicy, with notes of black fruits and hints of Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Balanced palate, full with silky and long tannins.

COMBINATIONS

It goes well with medium-aged cheeses, risottos, boiled meats, roast white or red meats.
