Selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, grown on hilly terrain of medium-hard granite disintegration , Arzachena.
PROCESSING
After a brief contact of the skins with the must, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16/18 degrees, where it will evolve for several months in contact with its fine lees.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: intense bouquet with fruity, floral and Mediterranean scrub notes.
Taste: soft, long and persistent, with vegetal hints and mineral notes.
COMBINATIONS
Sciala is an intense and structured white wine, ideal when paired with seafood, but also with white meats, fresh and soft cheeses.
