CHARACTERISTICS

Color: intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, and veiled with yeasts.

Bouquet: intense and persistent with floral and vegetal aromas of Mediterranean scrub and summer fruits.

Taste: Pleasant taste-olfactory correspondence, warm and full with good depth and lively acidity, balanced.

COMBINATIONS

Seafood dishes in general, shellfish, fish with delicate meat also seasoned with light sauces. Dry soups and broths with not excessively tasty seasonings.
