ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, grown on hilly terrain of calcareous origin, in the Ussana countryside in the Is Crabilis area (SU).
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once transported to the cellar are subjected to soft pressing and the obtained must starts to alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature, with the inoculation of selected yeasts. The wine remains in contact with its yeasts for about three months before bottling, carried out without filtration, and final refinement in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, and veiled with yeasts.
Aroma: intense and persistent with floral and vegetal scents of Mediterranean scrub and summer fruits.
Taste: Pleasant taste-olfactory correspondence, warm and full with good thickness and lively acidity, balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Stellato Nature is a white wine ideal when paired with seafood dishes in general, shellfish, delicate-fleshed fish, even when seasoned with light sauces, soups and broths.
