PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, pressing and decanting are selective towards the components of the grape. The alcoholic fermentation and the subsequent 5/8 months of wine cultivation take place at a controlled temperature. The harsh winter temperatures and natural sedimentation complete the wine cycle, stabilizing it.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: deep straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Fragrance: sweet floral scent of rose and citrus.
Taste: on the palate it recalls the taste of sweet and acidic fruit.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent in combination with vegetable dishes, but also seafood and white meats.
