PROCESSING AND AGING
Destemming-Crushing, squeezing and decanting are selective towards the grape components. Alcoholic fermentation and the subsequent 5/8 months of wine breeding take place at a controlled temperature. The rigid winter temperatures and the natural sedimentations complete the wine cycle by stabilizing it.
Color: deep straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: sweet floral scent of rose and citrus.
Taste: on the palate it recalls the taste of sweet and sour fruit.
Excellent in combination with vegetable-based dishes, but also with seafood and white meats.
