Vineyards located in the Sulcis area, in the south-west of Sardinia.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes are cooled to 4 ° C and left to macerate for about 12 hours before soft pressing and fermentation at 18 - 20 ° C. A small part is fermented and refined in oak barriques. This is followed by an aging of 7 months on the noble lees and at least a further 2 months in the bottle.
FEATURES
Color: Young golden yellow with citrine reflections; fat and consistent.
Bouquet: Intensity and complexity. ripe fruit, baked apples, jasmine, with light notes of vanilla and English candy.
Taste: Full entrance and of great elegance. the glycerine contribution creates a silky texture that forms harmony and balance in the encounter with acidity and mineral salts. Long and clean finish.
