Brief maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Refinement for a few months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Perfume: bouquet of particular finesse, floral and fruity with notes of elderberry and white peach.
Taste: broad and velvety, good balance between fruity aromas and freshness. Final with mineral hints.
COMBINATIONS
