PROCESSING AND AGING
Short maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Refinement of a few months in the bottle.
Color: straw yellow.
Bouquet: bouquet of particular finesse, floral and fruity with notes of elderberry and white peach.
Taste: ample and velvety, good balance between fruity aromas and freshness. Final with mineral hints.
We recommend the combination with traditional seafood based dishes.
