PROCESSING
The winemaking follows the process of crushing-destemming, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Followed by refinement in steel for a few months. To be consumed preferably young, preferably within two years.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: Intense, soft, fruity and floral.
Taste: Fresh, savory, delicate and fine; good length.
COMBINATIONS
It can be enjoyed simply as an aperitif or combined with appetizers and fish dishes.
