Color: intense golden yellow with red and amber reflections.
Bouquet: Rich, intense, tastes of toasted cereals, dried fruit, honey, resin, candied citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and pleasant marine and brackish nuances.
Taste: Dry, dry, fresh and incisive, with warmth, softness and a long marine and citrus persistence.
Excellent paired with blue and aged cheeses, but also with smoked fish appetizers or a mushroom risotto.
