Suitable for resting in the cellar for up to three years after the harvest.
Color: straw yellow, with golden reflections.
Bouquet: hints of white pulp fruits and citrus, floral notes and tones of spontaneous herbs.
Taste: rich, fresh and with a pleasant sapidity.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with vegetarian dishes. Perfect at the table together with seafood appetizers, first courses such as seafood risotto and simple seafood main courses such as grilled sea bream.
