Selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, Arzachena.
PROCESSING
Obtained from only Vermentino grapes grown in soils resulting from granite disintegration, tending towards sandy. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 15-18°C. Bottled young, it maintains the minerality and freshness typical of Vermentino di Gallura.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow, bright with greenish reflections.
Aroma: intense with fruity and mineral notes.
Taste: long and persistent flavour, savoury and intense.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal as an aperitif, excellent when paired with seafood, first and second courses of fish.
