ORIGIN
Vineyards of Tenuta Sa Tanca, in the countryside of Selegas, medium calcareous soils, approximately 230 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
The carefully selected grapes are subjected to fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-32°C. Maceration lasts approximately 16-18 days, then using the delestage technique to ensure oxygenation of the must. It ages for 18-24 months in new French oak barriques. Finishes refinement for 12-14 months in the bottle.

Color: intense ruby red.
Perfume: presence of rich and complex bouquet.
Taste: great structure, balanced, fine and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent with the typical stewed wild boar, game and spicy red meats. It goes well with mature Sardinian pecorino.
